Daily Meal Delivery

Program​

  • We offer locally made hot and cold meal options. 
  • Drivers deliver over 20 routes every weekday. 
  • Deliveries run Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays or during severe weather events.
  • Per Allen County Department of Health regulations, drivers are prohibited from leaving meals outdoors without a proper cooler containing a frozen ice pack. 
  • To cancel a meal, you must call (260) 422-3296 x 2 by noon the day before your scheduled delivery. 
  • A wellness check comes with every meal delivery serving as a frontline early-warning system and combating social isolation.

Pricing

  • Meals range in price from $4.00 to $7.00 depending on one's financial circumstances. 

  • Income verification is assessed in the enrollment process, and you'll be contacted within 2 business days as to which program you qualify for.

  • Billing statements are generated during the first week of every month, with credit/debit card payments processed at that time.

  • PathWays is a managed care program for Indiana Medicaid members.

  • Must be 60 years of age and older.

  • Must be pre-approved for Home Delivered Meals.
