Meal Services
Daily Meal Delivery
- Our dedicated volunteers service over 20 delivery routes every weekday, bringing fresh meals directly to your door during the midday hour.
- Billing statements are generated during the 1st week of every month, with credit card payments processed at that time.
- We offer hot meals for $7.00 and frozen selections for $6.00.
- Deliveries run Mon-Fri, excluding national holidays or during severe weather events.
- To cancel a scheduled meal, please notify us by 6:00 p.m. the previous day. Changes can't be processed after this cutoff time. For your convenience, our voicemail at 260.422.3296 Ext. 1 is active 24/7.
- If a client doesn't answer the door, our drivers prioritize their well-being and will take necessary steps to ensure they are safe.
- Per the Allen County Department of Health, drivers are prohibited from leaving meals outdoors without a proper cooler if no one is home. In these instances, the meal will still be charged to the account.
Subsidized Meal Delivery
Homebound Meals’ Meal Subsidy Program ensures that cost is never a barrier to receiving nutritious, medically tailored meals for individuals who are homebound due to age, disability, or chronic illness.
Clients must have/be:

Nutritional Options Supporting the Homebound / NOSH
This program includes 8 weeks of medically tailored meals (hot or frozen) at no cost to the client.

Medicaid: PathWays Application

PathWays is a managed care program for Indiana Medicaid members

Must be 60 years of age and older
