Meal application Process
The meal application has THREE steps:
1. Fill out the MEAL APPLICATION form completely! Answer each question completely and click SUBMIT at the very end. You will receive a copy of your application emailed to you to confirm. 2. Pay your NONREFUNDABLE DOWNPAYMENT. You do not need an account. You will receive an emailed receipt of your transaction.
3. Connect with our OFFICE STAFF. They will confirm your details and ensure route availability. Please allow one business day for the application to be processed at our office. After that please call (260) 422-3296 to verify your application. |
Meal service cannot begin until you have contact with our office AND we have received your down payment.
